As part of our commitment to minimizing the time and financial costs of preparing a rental property we also offer home appliances. In a competitive market developers are cutting costs and only supplying properties with minimal appliances such as just a dishwasher. A tenant will not expect to move into a property without essential appliances which will be needed for day to day living let alone having to source, install and fit them.

When fitting a property an investor will typically shop around for the different appliances and almost always will have the hassle of fitting and in many cases hauling the appliances to their upper level apartments. We will fit a complete pack containing Fridge Freezer, Washer Dryer and Microwave in Silver for £695 and in white for £645. All prices include VAT, delivery, installation, unpacking and full fitting. We also as part of our appliances provide TV and DVD players at a very competitive price.

All appliances come with 12 month warranty and are high street brands such as Teco, Indesit and Daweoo. Warranty is with the manufacturer of the appliances and information to contact them is provided by us.

Please note that we only fit appliances when the proper connections are in place. We dont provide plumbing equipment such as pipe extesnions.
