Our Refresh Service allows the client to shorten the time between lets. This service involves one of our staff visiting your property and providing the following:

• Replacing mattress covers  

• Washing and ironing all linens

• Complete spring clean  

• Odour removal

• Assess damaged/worn utensils  

• Bathroom hygiene maintenance

This is a same day service which would make your property suitable for immediate re-let.
